本期主题：让 AI 的运行过程「看得见」。回复进行中，状态行实时显示思考/工具计数、累计耗时和当前正在执行的工具；插话（steering）以时间线内联在回复流里；侧栏与标签页都有运行指示。同时收掉一批交互细节债（误报中断、发送滚动、脚注裁切等）。

• 运行状态实时统计：回复进行中，底部状态行持续显示思考次数、工具调用次数、累计耗时，以及当前正在执行的工具（图标 + 名称 + 参数摘要）——不必等回合结束收起过程才看得到。
• 过程记录三要素：折叠后的过程头部显示累计耗时；工具行在没有专门摘要时回退显示首个参数（截断）；思考区头部带内容预览。
• 插话时间线：你在回复过程中插的话（steering），现在以边界标记 + 内联时间线的形式呈现在回复流中，哪个指令插在哪一步一目了然，且跨重启持久化。
• 侧栏运行状态：会话运行中，侧栏图标位变为旋转指示；运行结束但你还没查看时显示未读圆点，点开会话即清除。
• 标签页运行指示：对话标签宽度均匀并带运行中/完成状态指示；标题有最小宽度保底，标签多时出现独立滚动按钮。

🔧 体验优化复制小节链接

• 停止按钮去红：运行中的停止按钮改为中性幽灵样式，不再一片大红。
• 过程视觉统一：紧凑卡片样式统一，移除侧边停止入口；工具摘要带 shimmer 微光，思考中文本内联滚动展示。
• 思考指示动效修复：默认轨道动效恢复；系统开启「减少动态效果」时指示仍保持移动，不会冻住。
• 输入框滚动条更克制：只有内容真正到达高度上限时才显示滚动条。
• 切换更干净：切到已完成的对话不再闪现假的「准备中」转圈。

🐛 问题修复复制小节链接

• 修复等待被误报为「任务中断」：AI 停下来等你回答（ask_user）时，此前会弹琥珀色「任务中断」警告——现在正确显示为「等待输入」：问号卡片、天蓝色调、点击即可作答，系统通知同步纠正。
• 修复发送与切换的滚动不确定：本地发送消息即刻定位到该消息；切换会话首批消息直接贴底，不再以缓动慢慢滑到底部。
• 修复两位数脚注编号被裁切；修复内联 chips 在重渲染时被重复包裹成嵌套徽章盒的问题。
• 修复项目切换丢输入：切换项目后输入框内容保留；项目选择在摘要加载完成前不再回跳。
• 修复延迟创建会话时待定工作区不持久化；加载更早消息时窗口随之增长；右侧工作区面板不再出现双滚动条。
• 修复问题卡片边距：ask_user 确认卡与标准卡片水平边距对齐。
